Dr. Mondonico Williams is a preacher, teacher, and servant-leader with a passion for faithfully proclaiming God's Word and equipping believers to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in ministry and the marketplace, he is committed to biblical exposition, practical application, and helping people understand and live out the truth of Scripture. His desire is to see lives transformed through the power of the gospel and for the local church to be strengthened for God's glory.
A former church planter, Dr. Williams planted a multiethnic church in Memphis, Tennessee, driven by his conviction that the local church should reflect the diversity of God's Kingdom. He believes that culturally and racially diverse churches provide a powerful witness to the reconciling work of the gospel and that racial reconciliation is an important expression of gospel reconciliation.
Dr. Williams earned his Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since 2021, he has embraced what he describes as living life as a missionary in corporate America, seeking to faithfully represent Christ in the workplace while building meaningful relationships and making disciples wherever God places him.
In addition to preaching and teaching, Dr. Williams has served in leadership, organizational development, and ministry consulting, helping churches and nonprofit organizations build healthy teams and effective ministries. He has also traveled extensively, training pastors and teaching biblical discipleship in countries throughout Asia, Africa, North America, and South America.
Before entering vocational ministry, Dr. Williams served eight years in the United States Navy as an aircrewman and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. His military service helped shape his commitment to servant leadership, integrity, discipline, and compassion.
Dr. Williams and his wife, LaToshia, his high school sweetheart, reside in Florida. Together they have been blessed with three adult children AND One teenager. Whether preaching from the pulpit, teaching in a classroom, mentoring leaders, discipling men, or serving in the workplace, Dr. Williams's greatest joy is pointing people to Jesus Christ and encouraging them to faithfully follow Him.
